Very happy to announce that I am now an advisor to Electric Hydrogen. I have always been a big fan of the emerging hydrogen economy. Some of you ‘old timers’ may remember back when I helped MGE and Ballard Fuel Cells pioneer the first hydrogen fuel cell backup UPS. Sadly, it was a bit before it’s time.
So why the fascination with hydrogen today and specifically Electric Hydrogen? Well it goes way beyond the continuing buildout of the hydrogen economy and extends all the way to the AI data center of the very near future. You see, I have very good insight to the clever, extremely efficient, and well packaged power electronics and electrical distribution schemes that Electric Hydrogen have developed for use with their electrolyzer across multiple energy sources.
When viewed from the perspective of massive amounts of 800V dc being applied directly to the compute stack, and potentially the cooling infrastructure, from what I have seen in the market place along with quite a few drawing boards, the Electric Hydrogen approach appears to be the cleanest, fastest to deploy solution around.
Due to the need to protect their IP from prying eyes I will leave it at that for today. If you would like a deeper dive into their platform please PM me for more details.

400 MW ready to slide into your data hall or simply park outside within an enclosure. Incredibly fast time to install, commission, and compute.
