The Latest in AI Data Center Cooling Infrastructure

You can’t build the future of AI on an outdated thermal foundation.

Great coverage recently by Facilities Dive on how Karman Industries is unlocking additional compute for the world’s largest data center operators. By shrinking the footprint by 80% and slashing peak energy by 25%+, Karman isn’t just providing cooling; they are providing capacity. Every MW they are able to save in cooling is a MW their customers can reallocate to revenue-generating compute.

Karman’s Zero Water Consumption HPU doesn’t just save 8,000,000 gallons of water a day – it saves the massive amount of land and power currently wasted on inefficient cooling.

From what I know as an advisor to Karman, they are seeing an incredible surge in demand from partners who realize that HPUs are the key to maximizing their site ROI and bypassing local permitting hurdles.

Very exciting times ahead for the data center community.  One that allows large data centers to be a much better, socially, and environmentally sustainable member of society.
